  • Disclaimer
    Balloons are a perishable item. I cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons once they have been installed or picked up and I am no longer liable for them and cannot replace them if they are popped, damaged, lost etc. If a balloon pops in my possession I will replace immediately.
  • How long do balloons last?
    While I cannot make any guarantees, most air-filled balloons can last a week or more as long as they are kept indoors in a climate-controlled environment. Balloons that are outside and exposed to sun, wind, humidity etc. will not last long. If you order a grab+ go garland, do not leave it in your vehicle.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?
    I would prefer at least 2 weeks in advance of your event. 4+ weeks is even better so I can source all of the balloons for you if I do not have your colors in stock. Any event booked less than 10 days in advance will incur rush shipping fees.
  • Do you do tear downs?
    You are responsible for disposing of your balloons after your event. If a backdrop or other item is rented from me, I will return to retrieve them. This return fee is not included in prices and will be added to your invoice.
  • Cancellations
    All deposits made to hold your date of event are non-refundable. I can transfer your deposit to another date 1x if needed.
